GTC Fall 2021 Application and Development of Clara-based Platform in NCHC for Serving Taiwan Medical Industry and Academia [A31256]
We’ll introduce the cloud integration solution based on NVIDIA Clara in the Taiwan Computing Cloud environment of the National Center for High Performance Computing (NCHC).
In addition to simply providing the NVIDIA Clara container service, Clara Federated Learning is also added to its self-developed user interface to simplify the operation and lower the threshold to provide potential biomedical imaging users. It also combines Clara AI-Assisted Annotation (AIAA) with the MiiL (Medical image iLlustrator) image labeling software developed by NCHC.
On the one hand, MiiL software can use AIAA to perform image labeling and combine traditional and deep learning algorithms to prepare training datasets. In addition, the model training results can be immediately fed back to AIAA for use by MiiL, and the data market service provided by NCHC also provides image sources to create a complete cloud solution for image storage, training, and application.
