We'll be releasing the first public version this month and will have subsequent updates.
For current shipping CUDA-capable GPUs probably the most interesting new features are support for Vista (32 and 64) and addition of 3D texture support.
Other features will be described later.
I'll post the links to the public beta downloads here for the new toolkit, SDK and drivers in this announcements area over the next few weeks as they're available. The beta release will be available for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of all of the following: XP, Vista, RHEL4 and RHEL5. When the release goes production, we'll add support for Linux distros: Fedora 8, SUSE-10.3, SLED-10&SP1, Ubuntu-7
As CUDA MacOS support is just out for 1.1 beta, it will get upgraded to 2.0 sometime after the Linux and Windows production release.

這個月將會推出第一版的 CUDA 2.0 的公開測試版本。
對於現有的 GPU，大家最有興趣的功能應該會是：
- 支援 Vista 32/64
- 支援 3D Texture！
這幾周內應該會釋出相關的 beta 版 toolkit 和 SDK，應該會有 Windows XP, Windows Vista 和 RHEL4、RHEL5。其他的 Linux 版本要等到 release。Mac？慢慢等 XD
感想呢…Heresy 第一個想法是看來 nVidia 的新晶片（傳聞中的 GT100、GT200）應該快好了？但是以他的訊息來看，並沒有提到大家期待的 double 運算的部分；不過因為他講的是「現有的 GPU」，所以對新的 GPU 應該還是可以報著期待吧？
而看來 CUDA 2.0 應該會可以適用大部分的現行 nVidia GPU 吧？不像之前 CUDA 1.1 只能用在部分 GPU，有的還是只能用 1.0。不過，能支援 3D Texture 真是一件好事啊！（ｷﾀ━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━━ !!!!!）
此外，以下題外話。
之前在 nVidia 論壇曾經曇花一現的出現了中文版的分區，但是過沒多久就消失了；不過就 Heresy 所知，國內有兩家廠商應該都會推出 CUDA 的論壇，希望能帶起台灣使用 CUDA 的風氣。目前以華人市場來說‥看來還是大陸那邊比較熱啊∼
